We are seeking an accurate and confidential Payroll Clerk to process employee compensation correctly and on time. Reporting to the Payroll Officer, HR Manager, or Finance Manager, the successful candidate will handle the data entry, calculations, and record-keeping that ensure every employee is paid what they are owed, when they are owed it.

The core of the role is monthly payroll processing. The Payroll Clerk collects and verifies attendance, overtime, leave, and shift data from timekeeping systems and department records, checking for anomalies such as missing punches, unapproved overtime, or unrecorded absences before they flow into pay calculations. Salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions are calculated in line with company policy, employment contracts, and local labour law, and entered into the payroll system for review and approval ahead of the pay run.
