We are a well-established distribution company based in Dubai looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department in ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank and supplier/customer reconciliations.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Support the finance team with daily accounting tasks.
Coordinate with other departments for accounting-related requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years of accounting experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
