Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to join our Real Estate company in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting with office accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update accounting records and documents.
* Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial entries.
* Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
* Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial data.
* Assist in preparing reports and account-related documents.
* Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Experience in the UAE is preferred.
