About the Company

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating on Amazon, NOON, and TEMU. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and finance tasks
- Prepare and check invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documents
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor customer and supplier balances
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment processing
- Prepare financial reports and Excel reports
- Check sales, expenses, and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Assist with VAT-related documents and requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments
- Support management with financial reports and other accounting tasks

Requirements
- Previous accounting or finance experience is mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Responsible, honest, and reliable
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
