Job Details
Accountant assistant:

Ability to perform core accounting tasks such as basic bookkeeping, journal posting, and working with financial statements

Ability to manage petty cash transactions, maintain accurate cash logs, and reconcile balances

Experience supporting credit control activities, including monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding payments

Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting or ERP finance software

Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role, preferably in trading or commercial environments
