Job Summary

Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong experience using Tally ERP, possess excellent knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, and be capable of handling daily accounting operations independently. Experience in the steel trading or steel manufacturing industry will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Process supplier invoices and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Prepare VAT returns and ensure full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse departments regarding financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.
Perform other accounting duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and tax compliance.
Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Experience in the steel trading or steel manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Good understanding of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Have experience in the steel trading or steel manufacturing industry.
Have advanced knowledge of Tally ERP.
Can join immediately.
Are currently available in the UAE.
Working Hours
As per company policy and UAE Labour Law.
Overtime, if applicable, will be compensated in accordance with the UAE Labour Law.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
