Job Details
Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish timely financial statements, manage month-end/year-end close processes, and generate cash flow reports.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, process bank statements, and resolve financial discrepancies.
Compliance & Tax: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure all financial practices align with local and international regulations(VAT & CORPORATE TAX)
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in forecasting expenses, tracking performance, and evaluating business plans.
Audit Support: Gather necessary data and documents to support both internal and external audits.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Proficiencies: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP9 OR Tally Prime.
Tracking Transactions: Recording daily payments, employee expenses, and company income.
Creating Reports: Making documents like balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit-and-loss reports.
Experience: Usually 1 to 2years of experience working in general ledger accounting or a finance department.
Invoice Tracking: Day to Day Invoices Preparing Sales & Purchases , Other All Accounting duties.
