We are a growing cloud services and IT support company based in Dubai, looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Executive to support our operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong in accounting and administration, but also highly skilled in the tech world, with an interest in automation and AI-driven workflows.
You will work directly with management and play a key role in improving financial processes, operational efficiency, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and send customer invoices using Zoho Books or similar
•Proactively follow up on collections and outstanding payments
•Record and manage expenses and supplier invoices
•Perform bank reconciliations and monthly bookkeeping
•Maintain records for VAT compliance
•Coordinate with external accountants if required
•Support daily operational and administrative activities
•Track vendor payments and internal costs
•Assist in project cost tracking and reporting
Requirements:
•2–5 years experience in accounting / admin roles
•Strong skills in:
- Microsoft 365
- Experience with Zoho Application
•Good understanding of basic accounting principles
•High attention to detail and organization
•Good English communication skills
