Minimum 3 year accountant experience in FMCG trading Sector ( ERP: Tally ). BCom Graduate.
Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role includes handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing and reconciling ledgers, maintaining VAT records, and performing monthly financial analysis. The accountant will manage costing of imported goods, salary and commission calculations, petty cash, and daily cash‑sales reconciliation. They will also prepare invoices, credit notes, and maintain organized filing of all financial documents.
The position requires generating daily, monthly, and project‑based Excel reports, performing bank reconciliation, and supporting budgeting and monthly P&L reviews. The accountant will ensure correct pricing, maintain updated customer records, process credit applications, and safeguard proper documentation for all transactions.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, maintaining stock‑related documentation, supporting office operations, and contributing to overall organizational efficiency and growth.
