JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER / OFFICE ADMIN SUPPORT
Position Title: Assistant Finance Officer / Office Administrator

Job Purpose
The Assistant Finance Officer / Office Admin will support both finance and administrative functions by handling payment verification, coordination with internal teams, Free Zone system operations, and general office administrative tasks. The role focuses on operational support rather than accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Support:
• Verify customer payments through online banking systems and update internal records
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely release of goods upon payment confirmation
• Operate and maintain the Free Zone tax system (DAFZAway)
• Maintain and update internal sales records and finance tracking systems
• Communicate payment updates with the Hong Kong Finance Team
Office Administration Support:
• Handle general office administrative duties and documentation filing
• Assist in scheduling, coordination, and internal communications
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, documents, courier, etc.)
• Support basic HR/admin tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed

Key Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of banking and administrative processes
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask between finance and admin duties
• Previous experience in a similar finance/admin support role is an advantage
