Job Purpose
To generate revenue by converting leads into qualified mortgage applications through outbound cold calling, inbound inquiry management, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Contact potential clients to pitch mortgage products, understand their financial needs, and guide them through the pre-qualification process.
Pipeline Management: Submit application on CRM system.
Product Advice: Explain various mortgage options, interest rates, and eligibility criteria clearly to prospective buyers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (ideally within banking, real estate, or financial services).
