Alpha Teknik Industries LLC is one of the leading polyethylene water tank manufacturers in the UAE. We are currently looking for a Branch Accountant to handle the accounts operations of our Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain branches from our Dubai Head Office.

Position: Branch Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as AAT, CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and tax compliance.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Experience in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and financial documentation.
Knowledge of inventory control and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions.
Handle petty cash management and daily cash monitoring.
Monitor and maintain branch cash flow records.
Prepare invoices, delivery notes, quotations, and related documents.
Update day-to-day point-of-sale (POS) entries and sales transactions.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Handle VAT filing, returns, and compliance.
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Perform monthly stock checking and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate with store and production departments for stock verification.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Follow up on customer payments and supplier accounts.
Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Manage accounting activities for Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain branches from Dubai Head Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple branch accounts.
Legal & Regulatory Knowledge
Understanding of UAE labor laws and corporate compliance requirements.
Experience in handling audits and coordinating with external auditors.
Language Requirement
Fluency in English is mandatory.
