Job Title: Management Accountant
Salary: AED 8,000
Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working days: Monday - Friday, 11:30-19:30, Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
Language: English- Professional level mandatory

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our professional services firm, which delivers comprehensive accounting solutions to a diverse portfolio of businesses. Our services span the full accounting suite, from internal bookkeeping and financial management to external reporting and tax compliance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clients, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure daily accounting tasks and functions are completed efficiently. This role will cover all aspects within a business's financials and therefore requires a strong technical accounting foundation, the ability to interpret financial data in a business context and excellent communication skills. Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency will be highly advantageous.

Requirements & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Reasonable knowledge or interest in cryptocurrency
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filings, and documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Regular revaluation of cryptocurrency reserves and treasury management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Assist with internal financial reporting
• Assist with annual external audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies

Preferred Qualifications
• Full/Part Qualified in an Accounting Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CTA, or CMA is preferred
• Experience with the Zoho and XERO accounting software
• Knowledge and experience of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheet skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
