Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and maintaining financial records.
Process invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and month-end closing activities.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments when necessary.
Maintain and organise accounting documents and filing systems.
Assist with VAT returns and other statutory submissions.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment queries.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
