Debt Collector (UAE Nationals Only)
We are looking for a results-driven Debt Collector to join our team. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments
• Negotiate and agree on repayment plans in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
• Escalate unresolved cases when necessary
Requirements:
• UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus
