Job Title: Female Accountant (1–2 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Accountant with 1–2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting functions and an understanding of sales operations. Candidates on a spouse visa will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Maintain and update general ledgers and ensure proper bookkeeping.
Prepare invoices, LPOs, quotations, and follow up on payments.
Prepare and analyse Profit & Loss statements
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client accounts
Support VAT filing and compliance as per UAE regulations
Maintain a proper filing system for financial documents
Requirements:
Female candidate must be currently based in UAE
1–2 years of accounting experience in UAE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
Experience in both accounting and sales support is preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred:
Candidate on spouse visa
Experience in trading or the building materials industry is an advantage
