Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute asset-level business plans (hold, reposition, refinance, sell)
Monitor NOI, occupancy, and cash flow against budget; prepare forecasts and capex plans
Build financial models (DCF, IRR, equity multiple) and report performance to investors
Oversee property managers, leasing activity, tenant relationships, and vendors
Support acquisitions, due diligence, and dispositions
Ensure legal, insurance, and lender compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
4-7 years of experience in asset management, property investment, or real estate finance
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Argus is a plus)
Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and valuation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic is an advantage
