We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer\-focused **Cashier / Receptionist** to join our café and restaurant team in Al Nahda, Dubai\.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle cashier operations, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation\.
- Welcome guests and manage reception duties\.
- Assist with table reservations and customer inquiries\.
- Support the service team with waitress duties when required\.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction\.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front\-of\-house area\.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in the F&B industry\.
- Previous experience as a cashier in a café or restaurant\.
- Good knowledge of POS systems and cash handling\.
- Strong communication and customer service skills\.
- Good command of English\.
- Presentable, professional, and well\-organized\.
- Flexible and willing to support different front\-of\-house duties\.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment\.
