About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and supporting management with strategic financial insights.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing financial responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations

Handle administrative duties, including issuing invoices, receipts, payment records, and other financial documentation

Manage real estate commission calculations, agent payments, and related financial transactions

Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial reporting

Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Assist with internal control improvements and process optimisation

Provide financial reports and insights to support management decisions

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CMA/CPA) is an advantage

Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE

Previous experience in the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax regulations

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes

Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential financial information
