💰 AED 20,000–25,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A TYPICAL GENERAL MANAGER

We are an established and successfully operating automotive business in Dubai, with an existing showroom, operations, customer base and business platform.

We are now looking for a highly connected and commercially driven General Manager who can help us scale the business and create significant new growth opportunities.

This position is not mainly about managing daily operations.

Our priority is BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, INVESTMENT, PARTNERSHIPS AND EXPANSION.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

The successful candidate should be able to:

• Introduce potential investors and investment partners
• Develop relationships with HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners
• Generate major corporate and B2B opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships in the automotive and related sectors
• Identify new markets and revenue opportunities
• Develop expansion and new business concepts
• Build and lead a strong business-development team
• Increase sales, profitability and overall company growth
• Represent the company professionally with investors and strategic partners
