Job Details

FERRO Coffee is looking for an experienced Accountant to independently manage the complete accounting function of our coffee equipment trading business in Dubai, including our showroom, website, Noon and Amazon sales channels.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain complete and accurate books using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
* Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, invoices and credit notes.
* Reconcile bank accounts, cash, payment gateways and website transactions.
* Reconcile Noon and Amazon settlements, commissions, fees, refunds, returns and outstanding payments.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier and customer balances, and payment follow-ups.
* Maintain inventory accounting, landed costs, cost of goods sold and product profitability.
* Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and maintain supporting records.
* Handle UAE Corporate Tax accounting, registration and return preparation, coordinating with tax advisers where needed.
* Prepare payroll records, monthly financial statements, cash flow reports and management reports.
* Support month-end and year-end closing, audits and compliance with applicable UAE accounting and tax requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven accounting experience in the UAE.
* Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
* Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Excel.
* Experience with e-commerce and Noon/Amazon accounting.
* Ability to manage accounts independently from transaction entry through final reporting.
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and confidentiality.
