Accountant – Property Management & Real Estate.
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our property management and real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting, accounts payable/receivable, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Handle rental income, tenant accounts, security deposits, property expenses, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank, tenant, supplier, and property reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and maintain VAT records.
• Handle Corporate Tax calculations, returns, and submissions.
• Assist with audits, year-end closing, and financial statements.
• Liaise with tenants, suppliers, banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Female Filipina applicants with UAE experience are preferred.
