Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
2. Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
3. 4.Prepare customer invoices, statements, and payment follow-ups.
5. Check supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.
6. Reconcile bank, customer, and supplier accounts.
7. Maintain accurate accounting records and proper document filing.
8. Assist with UAE VAT records and filing.
9.Prepare regular outstanding payment and financial reports.
10.Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management regarding payments and orders.
11.Update and maintain accounts in Zoho Books.
Report discrepancies and pending payments to management.

Requirements:

1. Accounting experience, preferably in UAE.
2. Good knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting procedures.
3. Experience with Zoho Books is an advantage.
4. Good communication and organizational skills.
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
