Job Details
JB Allo is a drainage cleaning maintenance company looking for a Filipina as an accounting assistant and can do the following responsibilities.
•Help with basic accounting and office work.
•Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other documents.
•Enter and update financial information in our records.
•Assist with checking payments and outstanding balances.
•Help monitor customer and supplier accounts.
•Assist with basic bank and account reconciliation.
•Keep accounting files and documents organized.
•Help the accountant or finance team with daily tasks.
•Coordinate with other departments when information or documents are needed.
•Perform other simple accounting and administrative tasks as required.
•Help with basic accounting and office work.
