ACCOUNTANT – DUBAI
Full-Time Position
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our company in Dubai.
Requirements & Responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Prepare, review and submit VAT Returns.
• Maintain and review sales, purchase and expense records.
• Handle invoices, Credit Notes, cancellations, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and supplier payables.
• Prepare and submit a Monthly Management Report covering total sales and actual collections, customer outstanding balances, cancelled and adjusted sales/invoices, purchases and supplier payments, operating expenses, VAT position, and monthly Profit & Loss.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle FTA-related requirements.
• Review accounting records, identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience with Wafeq Accounting Software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
