WE’RE HIRING – CREDIT CONTROL & COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE
📍 Dubai, UAE
🏢 Luxury Car Rental Company
💼 Full-Time
We are looking for a highly organized, confident and persistent Credit Control & Collections Executive to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain the daily payments & outstanding receivables list
• Follow up with customers for rental payments and overdue balances
• Contact clients via WhatsApp, phone and email to ensure timely collection
• Follow up and collect payments for traffic fines, Salik and other outstanding charges
• Send warnings to customers regarding speeding and rental violations
• Track payment promises and ensure customers pay on committed dates
• Follow up with corporate clients/accounts departments for outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all outstanding balances and collection activity
• Identify overdue/high-risk accounts and escalate them to management
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams regarding payments
• Prepare a daily collections report showing amounts due, collected, overdue and pending
• Maintain professional but firm communication with customers
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Debt Collection or Car Rental preferred
• UAE experience is highly preferred
• Experience in the car rental / automotive industry is a major advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp
• Strong follow-up skills — you must be comfortable repeatedly following up until payment is received
• Highly organized and able to manage a large number of customers simultaneously
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Able to handle difficult customers professionally and firmly
What We Are Looking For
This is not simply an accounting position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of outstanding payments and actively works to ensure money is collected on time.
The ideal candidate is persistent, disciplined, organized and results-driven.
Salary: AED 4,000–6,000 + performance incentives, depending on experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
