Description:
- Responsible in supporting our clients by working and assigning campaigns to the delivery team.
- Uploading the delivery files in the customers portal or sharing them on email.
Responsibilities:
- Work with lead generation platforms to upload campaign delivery files and coordinate with the client and the operations team
- Keep track of all the leads delivered and share the counts with the client and delivery team
- Do weekly/bi-weekly meetings with delivery team/clients to check if all campaigns are on track
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience in client coordination, call center environment, lead generations
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
