During my time with McDonald’s Kuwait, I progressed from Service Crew to Crew Trainer and eventually Manager. These roles provided me with extensive experience in supervising staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, monitoring equipment and sanitation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of an outlet. As a Crew Trainer, I was also responsible for training new employees and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
I also worked as a Concession Supervisor at Sky Cinemas Kuwait, where I supervised food service staff, monitored stock, sales and wastage, maintained quality control standards, and trained employees in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
