In my previous roles, I gained experience handling guest payments, processing bills, managing cash transactions, preparing checks, and ensuring accurate billing. I also assisted guests with inquiries while maintaining professional and friendly service.
My hospitality background has helped me develop strong customer service, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills. I am hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
I have basic computer knowledge, including POS systems, MS Office, and email handling. I am willing to learn quickly and can join immediately.
