I currently hold a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Russia.
Additionally, I have successfully completed the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) residency examination and my internship with Aster Hospital.
I am a dedicated, versatile, and team-oriented healthcare professional with extensive experience as a hospital receptionist and healthcare practitioner. Having worked part-time in Russia, as well as in Ghana and the UAE, and having completed internships at various healthcare institutions, I have gained valuable hands-on experience in patient care and healthcare administration.
I bring over four years of experience coordinating patient services, managing appointments, and ensuring effective communication between patients, healthcare providers, and support teams. I am skilled in maintaining accurate patient records, handling patient inquiries, and assisting with admission, discharge, and follow-up processes.
