I’m Ainna Sarita, a sales and customer service professional with over eight years of experience across medical sales, retail, customer service, HR, and administrative support.
I started my career in HR and front desk roles, where I developed strong communication, organization, and people-management skills. I then moved into medical sales, where I spent over six years promoting pharmaceutical products, building relationships with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies, conducting product presentations, and consistently working toward sales targets.
Currently, I’m working as a Sales Assistant in Dubai, where I handle customers, product promotions, visual merchandising, upselling, and customer concerns.
My main strengths are communication, relationship building, adaptability, and understanding customer needs. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can use my previous experience, contribute to the company’s goals, and continue growing professionally.
