Experienced Retail Supervisor with 24 years of total retail experience, including 7 years in the UAE across electronics and FMCG sectors. Proven expertise in managing retail store operations, inventory control, customer service, and team supervision in fast-paced environments, including dark store operations. Recognized twice as Retail Store Executive of the Year for outstanding performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily retail operations in electronics and FMCG environments (including dark stores)
Manage store staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow
Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and order accuracy
Ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Monitor sales performance and support achievement of targets
Handle cash management, billing, and basic reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely stock movement
Resolve customer issues and ensure service satisfaction
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
