I am a Dairy & FMCG professional with 10+ years of experience across Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Dairy Production, Milk Procurement, Distribution, Operations Management, and Market Expansion. In my previous roles, I have worked as a Marketing Head, Director, and Proprietor, gaining hands-on experience across the complete dairy value chain.

My key experience includes managing sales and distribution across multiple districts, developing and managing 5,000+ distributors and dealers, handling monthly business volumes of approximately ₹60 lakh–₹1.2 crore, leading large field teams, and building relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, sweet shops, and other HoReCa customers.

I have practical knowledge of dairy products including milk, cream, ghee, paneer, curd/dahi, lassi, khoya/mawa, sweets, and milk powder, along with experience in procurement, production coordination, sales strategy, distribution expansion, customer acquisition, and business development.
