Business graduate with hands-on experience in client communication, CRM, and business development, currently available for immediate joining in Dubai on a dependent visa.
Most recently worked as a Destination Expert with Thrillophilia, handling 60–100+ client calls daily across inbound and outbound channels, managing a follow-up pipeline of 15+ active clients per month, and consistently converting new business through consultative, needs-based advisory rather than upselling. Experienced with Salesforce CRM, maintaining detailed client interaction logs, and coordinating with operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth client experience end-to-end.
Strong communicator in English, Hindi, and Sindhi, with working knowledge of Arabic reading. Comfortable with high-volume client interaction, lead nurturing, and follow-through under target-driven environments.
Open to sales, business development, or client-facing roles across any industry. Looking for a genuine opportunity to bring consistent results and grow long-term with the right company.
