I worked as a Waitress at Tina TT Restaurant in Accra, Ghana, from July 2018 to October 2020, and later at Madina Restaurant in Dubai from February 2021 to July 2022. Through these roles, I gained experience in greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean dining areas, handling special dietary requests, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

I also have experience working as a Housekeeper at Al Murald Mall in Ajman, where I maintained high hygiene standards and ensured public areas were clean and well-presented. This experience has strengthened my attention to cleanliness, hygiene and workplace standards, which are important qualities in the food and hospitality industry.

I have good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, customer service, order taking, tray carrying and effective up-selling techniques. I am comfortable working with both small and large groups and can work effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.
