I have extensive experience as a leasing and asset manager in the real estate industry, and possess strong knowledge in commercial & residential properties. I am well-versed in completing paper work accurately and efficiently including documentation and legal work. I oversee all operational activities related to our properties. This includes organizing & conducting meetings with contractors, consultants and sub-contractors to ensure that work is completed within the designated time frame. I also work closely with real estate agents to rent out our property as quickly as possible. Additionally i collaborate with land deptt ,DM & DDA etc. to ensure all necessary approvals paper work in order. I also have strong understanding of property-related paperwork and deal with negotiating price quotations with all AMC contractors related to property.
