Role Overview
Primevista Real Estate is seeking driven and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents to join our expanding brokerage team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong sales mindset and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, looking to excel in a performance-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing transactions, engaging with qualified leads, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advisory services to clients including buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end property sales and leasing transactions within assigned portfolios
Handle company-generated leads and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
Provide expert market insights and guidance to clients
Negotiate offers, terms, and agreements in coordination with management
Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize client conversion and deal closures
Ensure exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times
Maintain and update records on the company CRM system
Submit regular activity and performance reports to management
Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates
Attend internal meetings, training sessions, and adhere to office schedules
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company procedures
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to enhance lead generation and property exposure
Represent the company professionally across all communication channels
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management
Requirements
Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Professional appearance with a client-centric approach
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
