I would like to apply for the Real Estate Broker / Sales Manager position.

I bring 19+ years of experience in sales, negotiations, business development, client relationship management and commercial leadership across Russia, the UAE and China. Throughout my career, I have built businesses from the ground up, developed B2B and B2C sales channels, negotiated with key clients and partners, and managed high-value commercial relationships in international markets.

At this stage of my career, I am looking to move into real estate brokerage as a focused, client-facing and performance-driven field. For me, real estate is a logical next step because it combines the areas where I am strongest: trust-based selling, disciplined follow-up, understanding client motivation, negotiation, investment logic and long-term relationship building.

I understand that brokerage requires deep market knowledge, strong daily discipline and the ability to work systematically with leads and clients.
