Job Details

I am a Project Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience delivering Interior Fitout and MEP projects across commercial, healthcare, laboratory and mixed-use developments across different markets. I have spearheaded multiple projects through their full lifecycle (pre-construction, construction, and post-construction) taking end-to-end ownership from design coordination and BOQ estimation through execution, handover, and close-out. Over my career, I have generated cumulative project revenues exceeding INR 1,000+ million, managed teams across multiple geographies, and led procurement strategy and stakeholder management for large-scale turnkey projects including a 4.3 lakh sq. ft. multi-specialty hospital and high-value commercial fit-outs for clients such as Facebook, IBM, and Motorola.
I currently run my own consultancy and am seeking a part-time or contract-based, remote pre-construction engagement in the UAE, where I can bring my full-cycle project experience and expertise in design coordination, budgeting, and procurement strategy to support projects without requiring full-time relocation. I hold a valid UAE driving license and visa, and I am available for flexible or hybrid engagement models (remote-first, with on-site availability as needed).
