I am writing to express my interest in the IT Support Engineer position. I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and have hands-on experience in IT support, networking fundamentals, Windows Server administration, and troubleshooting through practical projects and home-lab environments.

I have built and worked with a Windows Server and Active Directory environment, including user and group management, Organizational Units, Group Policy basics, file sharing, permissions, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewall policies, and networking concepts. I have also gained practical exposure to virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V, along with basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience working with Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and databases. My background in data analytics has strengthened my problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills, which I believe are valuable in an IT support environment.

I am a quick learner, highly motivated to build my career in IT support, and comfortable learning new technologies and systems. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your organization while continuing to develop my technical skills.
