Job Details

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the ELV / CCTV Site Supervisor position within your organization. With 15+ years of experience in CCTV/ELV installation, electronic and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, site supervision, and project execution in the UAE, I offer strong hands-on technical expertise combined with practical site and team coordination experience.

In my current role as a Supervisor at Grey Max, I supervise CCTV installation and maintenance activities across multiple sites, coordinate technicians for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, liaise with clients and management on new projects and system upgrades, and coordinate site handovers and close-outs.

Previously, with Al Fahad Group, Abu Dhabi, I worked as a Technician/Supervisor on the Falcon Eye projects FE-1, FE-2.1 and FE-2.2, supporting installation and project execution while monitoring manpower, materials, schedules, quality and cost requirements. My responsibilities also included equipment testing and inspection, preventive maintenance, reviewing technical drawings and control panel diagrams, and troubleshooting breakdowns using root-cause analysis.

My technical experience includes IP, analog, PTZ and LPR cameras, CCTV and LPR systems, security cabinets, electrical DBs, control panels, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and technical documentation. I also have training in CCTV, LPR, HSE, IPC-A-610, ESD, RoHS, Kaizen and Poka-yoke.

I am currently based in the UAE and hold a valid UAE automatic driving licence and sponsor visa.

I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my technical knowledge, site supervision experience and project execution skills to your organization. I am available for an interview at your convenience and would be pleased to discuss how my experience can support your team.

Thank you for considering my application.

Kind regards,
Rajesh D Souza
