I am an experienced Restaurant Manager currently working with McDonald’s UAE, with strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory control, and achieving operational targets.

I am responsible for managing daily operations, coaching and developing crew members, maintaining service and quality standards, handling customer concerns, and ensuring procedures are followed effectively. I am hardworking, reliable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
