Job Details
Subject: Immediate Joiner, Based in Dubai
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am currently based in Dubai, UAE, and available to join immediately, with no relocation or notice delays.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, completed through a work-integrated sandwich programme that gave me hands-on industry exposure alongside my studies. Since then I have been working in supply chain operations with a construction and manufacturing company in Dubai, where my role covers stores, dispatch and warehouse management.
My key experience includes:
Inventory and stores control: receiving, issuing and dispatching materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and running regular stock counts and reconciliations
Documentation: preparing goods receipt notes, delivery notes, packing lists and material movement records
Procurement support: tracking purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and reconciling deliveries against POs and invoices
Reporting and data: building Excel-based trackers and reports for daily, weekly and monthly stock and dispatch performance, and developing simple tools to improve stock visibility
Quality and coordination: supporting QA/QC checks on incoming materials and coordinating with site, production and procurement teams to keep materials moving on time
I am detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and quick to learn new systems and processes. I take ownership of accuracy in records and enjoy finding practical ways to make operations run more smoothly.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to your team. I can attend an interview at your convenience and start right away.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours sincerely,
Gokul Thillaiambalam Madasamy
