Job Details
Handling complete sea freight, air freight, and land freight documentation. Preparing and processing documents through Dubai Trade Handling documentation for Dubai Customs, Sharjah Customs, Free Zones, Dubai Chamber, and Dubai Municipality. Preparing and processing Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Shipping Bills, Invoice, and Packing List. Coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, agents, transporters, and clients. Handling import/export documentation for various product categories, including Dangerous Goods. operating a specific version, module, or processing step within Calogi 2 for air freight documentation and related procedures. Supporting NVOCC-related documentation and freight forwarding operations. Ensuring all documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. Maintaining shipment records and updating clients regarding shipment status. I have experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations and Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight procedures. Good understanding of UAE customs clearance procedures. Knowledge of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier NVOCC operations. or an Ocean Freight Forwarder, arranges ocean freight without owning shipment Experience preparing Bill of Lading and Airway Bill documentation. Experience with Dubai Customs, Sharjah Customs, Free Zone, Dubai Chamber, and Dubai Municipality documentation. Ability to prepare Invoice and Packing List. Good communication skills for coordination with clients, agents, and shipping lines. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Preferred Candidate. Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics documentation. UAE logistics and customs documentation experience is preferred. Candidates with experience handling Dangerous Goods documentation will be given priority.
