I am writing to express my interest in the position of Logistics Operations Manager in your organization. With over 10 years of professional experience, including extensive UAE experience, I bring strong hands-on expertise across freight forwarding, import and export operations, customs clearance, air and sea freight, FCL/LCL shipments, Business development, customer relationship management, warehousing, and transportation coordination.

In my current role with Airtrans Cargo LLC in Dubai, I handle both sales and operations departments , including business development, customer relationship management, preparing quotations, shipment coordination, customs clearance, documentation, warehouse coordination, delivery planning, and end-to-end shipment execution. I work closely with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transporters, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.

I also have practical knowledge of UAE logistics systems and processes, including Dubai Trade, Mirsal II and Calogi. In addition, I am GCAA Dangerous Goods (DG) certified/licensed and experienced in handling DG shipments.
