Warehouse operations have been the foundation of my career for more than 15 years, helping organizations improve inventory accuracy, streamline logistics, and maintain efficient warehouse operations across the UAE.

Throughout my career, I have managed end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, shipping coordination, and distribution. My experience spans FMCG and facilities management environments, where I have successfully supervised warehouse teams, optimized storage layouts, implemented FIFO inventory practices, conducted cycle counts and inventory audits, and maintained compliance with HSE standards.

I enjoy improving operational efficiency by identifying process gaps, reducing inventory discrepancies, optimizing warehouse space utilization, and ensuring timely deliveries through close coordination with procurement, logistics, transport providers, suppliers, and customer service teams.
