In my current role as Administrative and Procurement Executive at Star Luxure Tourism, Dubai, I independently manage the full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle — from vendor identification, RFQ issuance, and competitive bid evaluation through to purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, and supplier performance monitoring. I have built and maintained strong relationships with multiple vendors, negotiated service terms and pricing to achieve cost-efficient outcomes, and delivered high-quality procurement services to a diverse portfolio of international corporate clients across Russian and European markets.
To support operational decision making, I designed and maintained procurement expense tracking dashboards in MS Excel and Google Sheets, processing and reconciling supplier bills on a bi-monthly basis to monitor vehicle costs, track expenditure patterns, and identify cost variances. This hands-on experience in procurement data management and operational reporting has strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate raw data into meaningful business insights.
My consulting engagement at Pro Flow further broadened my supply chain capabilities. As part of a cross-functional team, I contributed to the end-to-end design and delivery of a Supply Chain Management System for a European client. My responsibilities included supporting business requirements gathering, contributing to a Software Requirements Specification (SRS), assisting in procurement process mapping and workflow optimization, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final solution met all agreed client requirements. This experience sharpened my ability to analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders — skills I carry directly into my procurement practice.
