work as an Administrative Executive at Star Luxure Tourism in Dubai, where I manage procurement
processes, operational coordination, and data-driven reporting within the transportation and logistics
sector.
In my current role, I manage end-to-end procurement activities, including analyzing client requirements,
preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), coordinating with vendors, and supporting invoice processing.
I also maintain operational dashboards using Google Sheets to monitor fleet utilization and operational
data, enabling better decision-making and improved workflow efficiency.
Additionally, I participated in a freelance consulting project where our team developed a supply chain
management system for a European client. My responsibilities included documenting Software
Requirement Specifications, analysing procurement workflows, and supporting process testing during
development milestones. This experience strengthened my understanding of structured procurement
processes, approval workflows, and system-based tender management.
With my academic specialization in supply chain management and practical exposure to procurement
lifecycle processes and workflow systems, I am eager to contribute to DP World's digital procurement
