Currently working as an Operations/Logistics Manager, I have been responsible for managing import shipments including rice, marble, and construction materials, along with handling freight coordination, transportation, and international trade operations. I have practical experience in dealing with Dubai Customs, Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology, and banks for LC documentation, as well as managing duty refunds and compliance procedures.
Previously, I worked as a Customs Clearing Agent where I handled full-cycle clearance processes including preparation of Bill of Entry, delivery orders, and application of certificates such as COO, Phyto, Health Certificate, and FIRS. I am well-versed in HS codes, duty/VAT calculations, and UAE customs regulations, ensuring smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
In addition, I have strong experience in coordinating with shipping lines, transporters, and clients, along with maintaining accurate records and managing multiple shipments under pressure. My background in accounts and finance further supports my ability to handle documentation and financial aspects of logistics operations efficiently.
