I am a CCNA-certified IT professional with a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering and 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, and system administration. I have hands-on experience with Windows administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting, Cisco routing and switching, and basic AWS cloud services. I am a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent technical support.
I am available to join immediately and am currently based in the UAE.
